Back in Brighton after a Facebook campaign demanding their return this Israeli trio had many of us held in anticipation. Initially rumoured to play the Sealife Centre back in May, those of us eager to catch one of their legendary sets were more than ready for this rain sodden Monday.
In my quest to build a new portfolio I have been taking a look at what others have done to showcase their work online, and in the process I have found some amazing artists that have totally fired up my creative side including illustrators, photographers and online designers that must have a lot of fun producing their masterpieces.
Gig posters are definately a passion of mine, and after two years of putting on live shows in Brighton I have knocked up a fair number of posters! I love to find influence in the work of others and around a year ago I stumbled upon this article by Andrew Lindsrom highlighting his favourite 50 gig posters, all of which are amazing, and have proved to inspire just as the title suggests!
